Various access control options are available including swipe card and key pad operation.  The system can be programmed to allow the gates to stay open for a delayed time after which they will automatically close.  The installation caters for the possibility of a vehicle accidentally being damaged if parked in the entrance.  The automatic closure mechanism includes a safety feature whereby photo cells detect the presence of a vehicle and return the gates to the safe open position until the obstructing vehicle is moved.
